I used this for a dress and I couldn't be happier. It is rich looking and the bit of stretch makes it very comfortable to wear.
We made costumes with a charcoal color and when I matched my charcoal with Joannes color lot it was much lighter in color. How do I find better matches in color? Is this charcoal color discontinued???
I make Tudor gowns for my Renaissance group ~ this fabric is the perfect weight for all my gowns ~ I've purchased the Black and Indigo Blue ~ it's so soft and flowy ~ Please Joann come out with it in MORE colors! =)
this is perfect for scrub bottoms and the side panel of the tops that are more fitted. Love it!
This fabric felt and looked great on the bolt, just what I was looking for in color and fabric content to make capri pants. How disappointed I was to find that after washing, the fabric lost it smooth hand and appearance. Pressing with lots of steam had no effect. I wish Joann would stop "sizing" their fabric (or whatever they are using to make the fabric look good on the bolt).
This is fabulous fabric and identical to the fabric of my Hotsling. I made beautiful, strong pouch slings with it.
