Dirty Costumer's Secret
Some period costumers say it's not authentic, others say it is, whatever your stance it's a staple as far as I'm concerned. It's my go to fabric when I'm making a pair of stays/a corset and need that neccessary rigidity and durability. It holds up to boning really well. I think it's a bit pricey at JoAnns but when it's on sale it's almost a steal.
