SHRINKS LIKE CRAZY
I washed mine in cold water tuble dry on low to pre-shrink and the finished width of the fabric shrank from the original 43" to 37". Along the grain I lost 5" over 2 yards. Try laying out a pattern on 37" wide cloth... Unless you are making size 2 stretch pants or something for your children, the yardage you would need is nuts. Its a shame, because its a nice stretchy heavy warm quality cloth otherwise.
