Nice, sturdy shadow box
This is a nice, sturdy shadow box. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't have a felt background. Just has a cardboard background. But I was still able to do what I intended with it.

Cheap frame
This frame is not worth the money in my opinion. It is easily dented, mine actually came with dings all over it. When I opened the package one side of the frame broke off! it feels cheap and looks bad. If you need this for an important piece of work I would go elsewhere. They refunded me my money but I wouldn't buy it again.

Attractive Sturdy Frame
When I received the frame, I was disappointed to find that it had a ding on the side of it, either from packing it at the distribution site or en route to my home. I called the customer service number and was treated with kindness and patience. The frame was replaced at no added cost to me, since it wasn't my fault. Luckily, I had bought this frame in plenty of time to have a second one shipped to me.
It is an attractive sturdy shadowbox. I am using it to build a wedding guest dropbox and it will work well for that, I think. I expected it to have a wood grain texture but it is smooth and has a satiny finish.

Ordered online, the frame arrived with a dented corner and when I tried to open it the hanging hook popped off.

Cheaply made, has no fabric backing.
Just bought this and opened it up. Has no velcro to hang anything and no fabric backing. It's really this a picture frame and not a shadow box. Don't buy it.
