- Vegetable pan spray
- Yellow American cheese
1. Make shamrock-shaped cheese. Spray shamrock lollipop mold with vegetable pan spray. Slowly melt cheese in microwave on low and pour into prepared mold. Allow to cool in refrigerator until set.
2. Remove from mold by gently pulling cheese away from sides of mold and popping out cheese. Serve with crackers and pretzels.
Project Tip: Use the Shamrock Lollipop Mold to make leprechaun-lucky ice cubes for your St. Patrick’s Day party. Tint the water with Wilton Kelly Green Icing Color before freezing.
