Row 1 (WS): P1, pm, p1, pm, p4 (4, 4, 7, 7), pm, p1, pm, p27 (31, 33, 39, 41), pm, p1, pm, p4 (4, 4, 7, 7), pm, p1, pm, p1.
Row 2 (RS): Kfb, yo, sm, k1, sm, * yo, knit to next marker, yo, sm, k1, sm; rep from * 2 more times, kfb – 10 sts inc’d.
Row 3 and all WS rows: Purl.
Row 4: * Knit to next marker, yo, sm, k1, sm, yo; rep from * 3 more times; knit to end – 8 sts inc’d.

Row 1 (WS):

Work even in Stockinette for 3 (3, 4, 4, 5)" past underarm. Bind off all sts.

FINISHING
With crochet hook, crab stitch around edges of cardigan, starting at the back of the neck, working across the front, around the back, and back up the front. Fasten off.

With crochet hook, crab stitch around armhole opening.

TIE (work on both fronts).
Attach yarn at bottom corner of front. Chain a length of 12".

Weave in all ends.
