I wanted it
So I ordered it from the Modesto store for pick up. It said they had it. I went to go pick it up. And of course it wasn’t ready but yet the other part of the order from another store was ready for pick up. When I ask a store associate about my order she said she could get it cause stuff was blocking it in the back room. So she cancelled my order. I DIDNT WANT IT CANCELLED!! She said she would take my number and call me. (Why would she. She cancelled the order)
What’s the point of ordering an item and go to pick it up and be told you can pull the order and cancel it?? This is the second time ordering from this store for pick up. The first time I went to the store after ordering and waited at least 2 hours and asked if I could pull it myself to have it cut. (Fabric) if your other store would have had it I would have got it from them but they did not. This store had it. It take me 45 minutes to get to this store from my house.
And to order it and have it shipped to my house take even longer. I am taking a class in your store in Modesto on Friday (thru Viking sewing center and wanted the trim) which you said you had it in stock. Only to say your store is too messed up in the back and she can’t get to it so she canceled the order!!
