  1. Cut one 3-1/2"x12" white cardstock strip in a wave shape. Cut in two, leaving one side wider. Place narrow width 1" in from the left side. Place the wider piece along the bottom. Secure with glue.
  2. Border photo using 3 different papers. Cut each one 1/4" slightly larger. Layer and glue.
  3. Cut 3 white snowflakes and 1 suede snowflake. Cut CHEER and MERRY CHRISTMAS in suede paper. Cut 2 circles in suede paper.
  4. Cut 2 pieces of cardstock slightly larger than the word CHEER.
  5. Cut two 14" lengths of pearle cotton. Fold pieces in half and thread through hole on snowflake. Cut two 8-1/2" lengths; add to snowflake.
  6. Thread floss through the buttons and tie a tight knot.
  7. Glue ribbon along the left. Place a snowflake along with pearle cotton across the bottom on photo extending the snowflake 1". Tape ends of threads to the back of the photo.
  8. Glue photo, snowflakes, and words to paper.
  9. Use awl and poke hole in center of snowflake. Place colored brad in center.
