Pellon Stick and Tear Stabilizer.
When I need 100% from a stabilizer I use Stick and Tear. I can depend on it. I use most Pellon Stabilizers and Interfacing.

Very adhesive!
This stuff is very adhesive! I was using it n then back of a T-shirt and it actually was too adhesive. It was hard for me to peel it off after only 20 minutes. I will use it again for other projects but not for my embroidery on a T-shirt.

Excellent product
Excellent product. I used it to stabilize a cotton tee shirt for embroidery. At first I thought it was a little funky because you have to put the stabilizer into the embroidery hoop, then cut out the backing paper to then press your fabric into the adhesive. But, it works. The directions said to use a craft knife. I used the point of a stiletto to score the backing sheet. I didn't try a craft knife, as I was afraid it would be too sharp and cut the stabilizer also.

Not great for my purposes
It's too thick for my purposes. The grid doesn't help because it gets torn off. I don't know, it's just not right. It really hated working with linen, which is the entire reason I bought it.
