I bought 2 of these, 1 damaged by UPS during shipment and should have returned it but didn't. As others have said, drawers come off the glides and are difficult to get back in. It doesn't really "roll" even though it has casters because the slightest moving around and you have to "re-tighten" the entire thing with the allen wrench. I also bought a "single" from a membership store for under $30 when they first came out.
This cart needs cross braces badly! It wobbles and the drawers get off track. Once you take a drawer out, you have to fight to get it back on track. The knobs are cheap. You can have mine if you want it. To the thrift store it goes!
This is my second order with JoAnn and I will NEVER order again. I'm sure i would have loved this product but it came to me with the drawers broken. When I called about the broken drawers there is nothing that they can do about this. They were not willing to ship another one and I needed this a week ago when I ordered it and I really need it now but I can't use it. I am disabled and now I have to pay $30.00 to get a ride to find another one at a store. They wanted to double charge me so that they would replace this one. My last order was nothing but problems as well. The customer service is terrible and so is their return policy. I now have to pay another 30.00 to get pubblic transportation to drive me to a fedex location and tote me in my
I was hesitant buying this, after reading the poor reviews. My 4 yr old son and I put this together buy ourselves in about 30 minutes. It is not heavy duty super quality.. But we needed storage for my sons craft items and this seemed like a good solution. It works, we keep all types of paints, paper, crayons, scissors, finished projects, materials for crafts, etc in this with no problem. The shelves pull in and out just fine h
This is so flimsy it really needs cross supports. If you actually try to use it don’t move it. I would never buy another one. It is supposed to hold scrap booking supplies but not nearly strong enough.
I have 2 of these and really do like them a lot, But I found I needed to pull the 2 front bars in and then I tied the back 2 upright bars to keep the drawers from sliding out. they really should have back braces on these to keep the uprights from separating.
I bought this organizer long time ago to organize my daughter's craft supplies and papers. It is true that the drawers go out of track and there is nothing to hold them in place, but besides that, it works fine and does what I expected it to do. For the price, I bought it at Costco for 70 bucks, I wouldn't buy it if it is not on sale. Don't bother to look for it at Costco since they don't carry it anymore.
For a long time I have looked for maximum storage in a small space. Also, I needed the drawers to be medium depth and width, as well as being removable. This cart is fantastic for all my needs, plus I can color code. When you are a bead "stasher" as I am, you really appreciate the ability to sort, store and move the drawers and their contents. Thanks for a great product! Very easy to assemble, only took a couple of hours and came with everything you need.
