Rated 2 out of 5 by from These bands appear to work well for making bracelets, but if you plan to make other trinkets such as animals or charms, I do not recommend these bands. These bands are of lower quality and tend to break when you put a lot of tension on the band. I've purchased the real rainbow loom bands and they hold up a lot better when making things other than bracelets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disintegrate after about a month My daughter made a band for her grandpa - he wore it for a few hours and put it on his dresser. The neon green bands used in his bracelet disintegrated about a month later . Not just a few in the bracelet - every single one. Her matching bracelet has done the same. Now I have 5 packs of bands I am afraid to use for fear of the same result. Poor quality to say the least. Note:the blue and purple bands are from Disney Logo looms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bands for the money! I am an avid experienced loomer. I make several advanced level bracelets. I have tried several brands of bands and for the money these are by far the best! Do not expect these to be the same as Rainbow Loom because they are not quite as good. However, I decided to put these to the test and I can tell you with high confidence that these bands can make any bracelet out there. I have even made Snake Bellies with these without any problems! I was skeptic at first because of the other bad reviews but trust this loomer when I say that for the cost these are the best bands for your dollar. I took advantage of a free shipping coupon and loaded up. The final cost was almost 40% less than Rainbow Loom bands for 600 bands. These bands are a no brainer at $1.39 per pack.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ridiculously poor quality I had bought 6 bags of these in different colors thinking that they MUST be a better quality than the ones at the discount stores because they're at Joanns. I was mistaken. I cannot even tell you how frustrating it is to be 'almost done' helping your 8 yr old with an advanced bracelet only to have a very important band snap.... after the 4th time, I was done. Unfortunately I had added these to the storage box, so I'll be weeding them out. Also, when held against the same style/color bracelet that I'd previously made with my younger one, the color quality difference is extremely noticeable. I would NEVER recommend them and I'm frankly shocked that Joann is carrying such low quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for a crafty mom. I have bought several different kinds of bands. I've purchased the Rainbow loom ones, the Larose ones and these are just as good but a much better value. I made an advanced level lanyard where they get stretched really far and breakage is possible and they held up fine. I have used every color and am very pleased. I actually purchased multiples of these before Christmas. They were on sale for 50% off and I also used a 25% off total purchase. This makes then about 75 cents per pack. GREAT PRICE, GREAT PRODUCT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from black ones are poor quality! I bought a black refill pack of these.  They stay stretched out, and the black ones are faded and almost grayish in color.  Will not buy this brand again!
