Summer Fruit Gelatins

DESCRIPTION +

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Wilton® foodcrafting supplies:
    Fruit Ice Cube Mold
  • 2 packages flavored gelatin mix, 3oz each
  • 1¼ cup boiling water
  • Vegetable pan spray

DIRECTIONS:

1. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Lightly spray ice cube mold with vegetable pan spray.
3. Slowly pour gelatin into mold. Refrigerate until set.
4. To release, invert mold and apply gentle pressure to the bottom.
