DIRECTIONS:

SIZE: About 48"x56"
GAUGE:

10 half double crochet + 7 rows = about 4"

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When matching the gauge in a pattern, the project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes fewer stitches and rows to make a 4"square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

NOTES:

1. Six Panels are worked separately, then sewed together to make Throw.
2. The color is changed every 14 rows on each panel.
3. To change color, work last stitch of old color to last yarn over. Yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete the stitch. Fasten off old color.
4. The chain 2 at the beginning of every row is a turning chain and does not count as a stitch.

PANEL I

With A, chain 22.
Row 1: Half double crochet in 3rd chain from hook and in each chain across - 20 stitches at the end of this row.
Rows 2-14: Chain 2, turn, half double crochet in each stitch across. Change to B in last stitch of Row 14.
Rows 15-28: With B, repeat Row 2. Change to C in last stitch of Row 28. Rows 29-42: With C, repeat Row 2. Change to D in last stitch of Row 42. Rows 43-56: With D, repeat Row 2.
