Clear is there!
This is my first experience with powder embossing. Not knowing what to expect and going by "instructions" that I found online in which it stated that clear powders will show the color of the ink used, I went with a purchase of the clear. I am AMAZED, and I discovered a wonderful effect. I used a Disney Tinkerbell stamp (with glitter extending from her wand) and clear embossing ink pad with this clear powder on black card stock. It created a beautiful, highly detailed effect that is visible without being obtrusive. I am sold on this technique! Great product!
My favorite, great for everything.
This embossing powder is a staple supply for me. I have a few different colors, but I use clear the most. I use it for stamping, and I use it for ink jet printing on vellum. I printed out my wedding invites on vellum, then quickly embossed the text with the clear superfine powder. Result - beautiful, and everyone thinks I had the invitations professionally done!
