Very pretty quilt! Directions need some work!
The fabric is just gorgeous, as you would expect from Susan Winget! I saw the quilt made up in the store and had to have the fabric. I couldn't get the polka dot (sold out) and substituted another fabric that looks just as good. I had to go to 2 different stores to get the other fabrics because of being sold out at one or the other stores. The directions for the quilt are wrong - as pointed out by another reviewer. Before I cut any fabric, I worked out what was wrong with the directions and made adjustments so it would come out right. Also the directions do not state the amount of fabric needed for the binding...so I bought a little extra of the Impressions fabric. All in all a beautiful quilt when finished. I rated this a 3 because I just wish the directions were correct and the fabrics used were more available!

the direction are wrong, i have a degree in sewing, so i did the way the instruction showed me on how to construct it and its wrong. the poke a dots do not lineup to do a vision of a waterfall. please re do these instruction so a person who trys construct the project and then have to take it completely apart. the fabric from both stores are out of this fabric so i know there will be a lot of people will be very disappointed, like i was. please do a correction direction on this.

Susan Winget Poppies Waterfall Quilt
The display of this quilt on my local JoAnn's is NOT pieced using the fabrics shown in this tutorial - the different fabric designs are printed on a single piece of fabric as they would look if it were pieced. I was excited to think that I could quilt the fabric without having to do the tedious (and eye straining) piecing. I was very disappointed to find that the material used for the display in the store is not available.
