Ask a Team Member at any Jo-Ann store or Register Online
- Teachers require:
- teacher identification, and
- state-issued photo ID
- Home School Educators require:
- an affidavit to home school, and
- letter from their district
- a membership ID card from an official Home School association
(ex.: PEAH, HSLDA or state/local Home School association) - Early Childhood Professionals require:
- current license or certification issued by local, state or federal government to be a childcare provider, and
- state-issued photo ID
photo ID to store management.
