Rated 5 out of 5 by from This stuff is amazing I have all three colors and I love each one. I've used it with die cut double sided adhesive sheets and double sided tape. I've even used it with images I've stamped using the zig 2 way glue pen (just stamp very quickly and let the glue dry until it's clear and sticky). It's less shiny than foil, more of a lovely antiqued look. Burnish it with a soft cloth to make it glow. It is very light, don't use it near an open window or fan or it will go everywhere. It's also packed very tightly into the jar, and you won't be able to get it back in once you take it out. I got a few plastic containers from the dollar store to hold the flakes. You will be surprised how much is in the jar.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful but messy I bought this product in gold, silver and copper after taking an online class that showed several ideas for using it. The results are beautiful, but the product is quite messy. Adhesive sheets work great to evenly cover the surface you want to gild, as does a sticky embossing product. Work the flakes onto the adhesive with your fingertips and wipe away the excess with a brush such as a stippling brush. The result is a lovely, slightly mottled, metallic finish. I would caution that the flakes are lighter than air, lighter than feathery down, and will float all over the place. You will want to cap the jar as soon as you remove the amount you need. A product that dust clings to such as a swiffer does a good job corralling the particles for disposal.
