I used the gold metallic fabric marker to add blingy accents to a pair of jeans that I had stenciled with a different brand of fabric paint. It looked shiny and glittery once dry (the metallic paint), and I ironed the painted areas to heat set them as I have done with other fabric paints. Metallic still looked good after heat setting. Come laundry time, I always wash painted clothes inside out, which seems to keep the friction on the painted areas lower, then dry in a dryer. The metallic lost all of its shine and even a lot of its color that wasn't shiny. It was sort of a baby poop color that was left, certainly not gold. But the paint on the stenciled areas remained vibrant. I do not recommend this metallic marker for use on any fabric that may need to be washed.

Adding an Extra Touch
Works as intended and stays on after a wash. Not much comes out at a time since it is the press down pump type. It is good because there is no spill over excess.

Tip spreads open like a brush and makes it hard to paint/mark! There needs to be more ink tips included if they are going to spread and destroy like this. Not worth it I can’t even use the grey marker after anymore after one use.
