Excellent upholstery/home decor fabric. Colors are arm and rich, and weight and quality is high. $45/yard for a retail fabric seems a little excessive. I bought a sample yard at $27 a yard and came back the next week to buy more and it was back up to regular price. I wanted to recover 2 chairs and make drapes and accent pillows, and was willing to do it at $27/yard, but having to rethink it at $45/yard.
