Why can’t I get this?
First time I’ve ordered, I got no confirmation number so I reordered and got a number but no confirmation email. When I checked, it said the order was cancelled but I was never notified as to the reason why

Incorrect measurement and charges!~!
I placed an online order for store pickup and received a phone call that the store did not have the entire 2yds that I ordered. I accepted the 1-1/2 yd that they said they had however, when I picked up the order, only 1 yd 14" of the velco was useable (both sides included) YET I was charged for the entire 2 yds. I am not happy.
