SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

FOR VERY TEMPTING VEGGIES:

  • Wilton Cupcakes 'N More Dessert Stand -- Standard
  • Tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, celery & peppers
  • Favorite cheese spread
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish, if desired

FOR THE SANDWICH STATION:

  • Wilton Cupcakes 'N More Dessert Stand -- Large
  • Assorted breads: wheat, rye, white, mini-rolls, mini-croissants, soft tortillas
  • Deli meats & sandwich fillings: roast beef, turkey, ham, egg salad, ham salad
  • Softened cream cheese
  • Assorted cheeses of choice
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers
  • Olives, shaved radishes, currants, cherry tomatoes

DIRECTIONS:

FOR VERY TEMPTING VEGGIES:

  1. Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces as shown, then fill with your favorite cheese spread using a decorator's tip if desired.
  2. Position cheese-filled veggies on the Cupcakes 'N More Dessert Stand*.
  3. Garnish with dill or parsley for added presentation appeal.

FOR THE SANDWICH STATION:

  1. For the Roll-Ups, spread softened cream cheese onto tortillas and add assorted meats, cheeses, lettuce and tomato. Roll up and cut into 1' lengths.
  2. Create other bite-size sandwiches including roast beef on mini rolls, turkey on white bread with cucumber and lettuce, ham salad on rye bread with Muenster cheese, ham and cheese on wheat bread with lettuce, and egg salad on mini croissants.
  3. Garnish with olives, lettuce, shaved radishes, currants and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Place sandwiches on Large Cupcakes 'N More Dessert Stand*. *For added support when stacking stand with many servings, we recommend positioning acetate or cake circles, cut to fit, on each level. Place doilies on top of acetate or cake circles.
