I'm torn on how to review
I saw these online and had to buy them for some pictures that I have to put up in my house. The frames are absolutely gorgeous; however, when my order arrived two were in decent shape and the third had several of the prongs on the back that were completely broken and the glass was sliding out of the frame before I had even really pulled it out of the box. Now those prongs that should keep the glass and picture and matting in place are not available to do so. I really love these frames and I got a great deal on them, I can't return them to the store and immediately get another one from them. These have to be shipped. I don't even know how I would go about getting one for the same deal that I got these other ones within a reasonable amount of time for me to put up my pictures. The damage didn't appear to be from the shipping as no other parts were damaged, I would say they were already damaged like that when they were being packaged to be shipped to me. Extremely disappointing.

Arrived broken/poor packaging
The frame is beautiful, but it arrived broken due to poor packaging practice.
JoAnnes has a habit of not using packaging material to keep items from breaking during shipping. This frame flopped around in the box, and half of it broke away.

More Silver than Gold, Arrived Broken
I was disappointed when it first arrived because it definitely appears more silver than the product image. But I found an art piece that suited it perfectly and decided to keep it. Until I removed the cardboard protectors from the corners… the frame was split in one corner and completely broken in another. Extremely disappointed. Clearly this frame is poor quality.
