Rated 0 out of 5 by from Westex Floss Keeper Worthless I do not recommend this floss keeper system. I purchased these keepers thinking it would be a great way to store and see the floss, however, the bobbins fall out way too easily and get soiled or lost. If I could return these sleeves, I would. As it is, I store them upright in a file binder that closes securely but will be looking for some other storage system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not for travel I take my cross stitch with me where ever I go. I thought this would be a great idea but like others have stated the bobbins fall out ,had it in a 3 ring binder with zipper closure but they still fall out then I have to waste time putting them all back into the holders. If the holders were bigger and had a catch it would be better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy After growing out of a plastic floss container I decided to try this system and I love it. I can see all the colors easily with the flip of a page and I can add to my floss collection pretty easily with just purchasing a reasonable priced package instead of another plastic floss container. I just wish I could find them other places as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Practical Solution for Floss Storage I am not an avid embroiderer, so I don't require tons of storage. For the price, this fit the bill nicely. I haven't had a problem with floss falling out, but I also don't tend to take it around with me to work on projects in other places. Overall I would say it's a cost-effective and neat solution to the problem of organizing floss.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for ribbons! I purchased these at our local JoAnn's to put my scrapbooking ribbon in. They work wonderfully! You just have to remember to store them in the binders with the slotted side facing up so that the spools do not pop out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't keep them in This was a good price and should work but they fall out too easily. If I could return this, I would. I have all the floss on those little paper keepers. What a mess.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from For Small Needs Only This product didn't work for me. I have many, many threads and when I put the floss keeper pages into a notebook and inserted my threads, they tend to fall out as I turn the pages to look for the correct thread. I believe this is because there are so many pages of threads that the notebook is bulky. I think if you only put five pages into one notebook it might work okay, but for me that would take 20 or 30 notebooks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought this item despite some poor reviews and concur that this is a poor product. The bobbins do fall out. Part of the reason is because the opening is actually facing towards the inside of the binder you would put them in so all the threads are facing downward. A better design would be fewer pockets to allow for them to be larger so the bobbins wouldn't be bulging open the pocket, bathe the openings going the other way and have a flap going straight across to keep them in. These must not have been tested before made..bad design I long ago had a set of these pages for a binder that contained the project I was working on at the time and the were great. I dont like the rods hard to wind left over thread during a project and make it neat. Change the design of this one - I'll buy scads of them...didn't want to waste time of shipping so these were trashed and I had bout several packets of them
