Perfect for cookie painting!I’ve used Wilton Meringue Powder in cookie frosting. Combined with my frosting mixture, it makes a perfect base for watercolor painting on cookies with Wilton icing colors!

Pie MeringueI read the reviews and wonder about those using this product. Go back and read the container. It does state this is an egg SUBSTITUTE. You should still make your meringue with the other ingredients you would normally use. Just the egg powder and water is NOT going to make meringue! I had no problems using this, and I am impressed with how well it works. The meringue turned out great! Wish I could post a picture for you. Will use it again, and will recommend to others!
