Trigger on decorator

Trigger Breaks Off
I have bought this product twice, about a year apart. Both times the trigger broke and the icing wasn't that thick. Needs to be redesigned!

Broken black Coupler
I loved this item untill my coupler broke. I purchased another Wilton Stailess steel pro dessert decorator pro and now have the same issue. I would love just the coupler to fit this instead of purchasing another set for the 3rd time.

Poor quality
Bought this long enough ago that sadly I can't return it. The first time I used it, the metal around the tip discolored/flaked off. Then I hand washed using Dawn and the metal on the main tube discolored in the pattern of the soap bubbles. Can't believe the incredibly low quality/exceedingly cheap material used. Also it doesn't really hold enough to do any amount of piping- you'll always be refilling the dang thing. Just use piping bags - it was much easier, I got better results, and I am a beginner!

Stainless steel decorator
Purchased this because it was a Wilton product, big mistake! I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. I have always found Wilton to have very high quality tools, but not in this case. The plastic plunger doesn't fit very well inside the metal casing and try doing it while you have sticky fingers, while trying to get it in, I cut my finger on the metal casing which is surprisingly sharp! I ended up hand icing my case and just using whipped cream on the edges since I couldn't get it assembled properly! Wilton should take it off the market & redesign it, this is the worst decorator I have ever used!

Thumb Trigger broke for 2/3 of the reviewers.
Loved this thing, now I'm looking for replacement parts.
Use *very light frosting* and talk nice to the trigger...
Not very "pro" :(

Disappointed
I bought this product thinking the metal will be better but it's not, the coupler cracked as soon as I put it one. I bought this thinking I was going to help me and my staff hands a little. NOPE! Waste of money and there's no replacement online nor in the store. Wilton needs to be ashamed of themselves for this overly price item. I'll stick to my original plastic piping bags.
