Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this pan! I've had this pan about a month or more now. I bought it specifically for making my husband gluten free bread. I like the taller sides because with gluten free bread, when it rises, it doesn't hold shape the way regular bread dough will. So it tends to rise and then spill over the sides of other bread pans I've used. This pan is great! It's 4 inches deep and 16 inches long, it makes a perfect sized loaf of bread. No more dough spilling over the sides, which means no wasted dough and no more messes! I was a little hesitant about ordering it at first because it's made of aluminum and a lot of people commented on it being easily dented and flimsy. I'm so glad I decided to try it for myself. I've made easily a dozen loaves of bread or more now and I love this pan. You can't beat the price. Also some people said their breads tend to stick to the sides. I've not had one loaf stick at all in this pan. I simply spray it with Pam non stick spray, put my dough in, let it rise, pop it in the oven and every loaf has come out perfectly every time. I literally do not have one complaint. It's a great pan! And it's definitely worth trying if you're curious!
