Hit or Miss

I purchased two, one for myself and one as a gift. One arrived in perfect working order, smooth movement. The other is just okay, sticks when you squeeze the handle to release. Not worth paying to send it back, esp since there would be no guarantee the replacement would actually be better. I really wish the stores accepted returns/exchanges. Joann.com needs better customer service policies.
