Used for the first time 4/23/2021 with granddaughter but I will never use again!! did not hold its as the box advertises, was just blobs of this icing on the cake!! There is no way I could of made a rose or any decoration. Even the stars were a blob!! very disappointed in this product!!

I'm not sure what some of you are doing but this works great for me every time. And I've used it a lot over the years. You can color it and pipe with it. My recommendation would be to make it exactly like the box says and let it set up in fridge for a few hours before piping. Everyone loves my cakes and I often get requests to make one for others. I say it taste like a cross between cool whip and marshmallow. Light and not overly sweet.

I've made several cakes using this icing mix...I do have to say that I embellish it with infusing fresh fruit.... but it always gets raves

I would buy this again.
This product is good and if you had trouble with it. It's mostly because it's a cool whip topping like icing so duh its needs to stay cold.

My Favorite Icing!!!
This is the best tasting icing for any type of cake. If you want to pipe decorations you should keep it as cool as possible. I have used it on tons of cakes and everyone always loves the taste. I read some other reviews where people said it ruined their cake, if you try to use it on a warm cake or for intricate designs it will not turn out, I would say, "you" ruined your cake, the icing is just as pictured and the taste makes the cake. This is a soft icing, if you want to pipe it use buttercream instead. That said, I have piped beautiful cakes with this I just cooled my cake completely first and served it right after frosting. It is really my go to and no other will work.

Never ever again!!!!!
STOP....do not waste your mixer motor....go directly to the freezer section and get a tub of cool whip...this is NOT icing....not in any form of the definition of icing...not even close to icing...its cool whip desert topping in a box...it DESTROYED my grandaughters birthday cake...when i say destroyed thats EXACTLY what i mean...it is literally a 6 layer pile of slop on my counter now...my 2 yr old grandaughter does not have a grandma made cake for her birthday..no time to make more cakes...i have been using wilton products for my entire life and this right here is enough to end it for me...change the name of it to "whipped desert topping made by wilton" and get it out of the cake deco isle..it does not belong there..
