  • Halloween silicone baking cups
  • Sugar ice cream cones
  • Icing Recipes: Royal, Buttercream
  • Cake mix of your choice
  • Embroidery scissors
  • Royal Icing:
  • 3 level Tablespoons Meringue Powder
  • 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (approx. 1lb.)
  • 6 Tablespoons water**
  • Buttercream Icing:
  • 1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine**
  • 2 Tablespoons milk***
  • 1 teaspoon Wilton Clear Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (approx. 1 lb.)

*Combine Violet with Rose for shade of violet shown.

**Substitute all vegetable shortening and 1/2 teaspoon Wilton No-Color Butter flavor for pure white icing and stiffer consistency.

***Add 3-4 Tablespoons light corn syrup per recipe to thin for icing cake.
