Nice to see latch hook kits in stores again.
The kit itself is good. Everything you need except the latch hook tool itself (which it clearly states on the front of the package that it's NOT included). The canvas is of good, sturdy quality, the yarn is all pre-cut to the proper lengths.
My two complaints are very minor: 1.) Some of the colors are a little hard to distinguish from each other. This could be fixed by simply attaching one of each yarn color to its code in the chart. 2.) The yarn itself is quite scratchy. That's not an issue for a rug or a wall-hanging, but it could be if you plan to turn this into a decorative throw pillow like I do.

Great Kit for Beginners

Received this as a gift and loved it! It comes with a guide that's easy to follow. Not sure why anyone would consider this "impossible", as I'm sure even young children could easily follow this. Cute the result! Saving the pattern to recreate with different colors, too. Definitely recommend :)

Great but one thing is off
There is stuff sticking out of the ears and it looks weird to me it’s just ugly I still like the cat it’s just that one part that is bothering me. That’s all. Thank You!!

Cute picture but no pattern printed to follow
It is a very cute picture. Other latch hooks I have done has the image printed on the backing for you to follow. This one you are working blind so you have to count each stitch. Plus there a several colors that are very close in color so very difficult to tell them apart... I purchased this for my 11 yr old grandson, he got very frustrated with it...

NOT a good kit for kids
This was terrible! I gave it to a 10 year old and found out later that the color image was not stamped on the canvas as most are. Impossible. I’d call this a counted latch hook.
