Wood Kit-Fort/Wagon/Teepee is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Swag Wagon Bought two of these for my 13 yo daughter and I to build for an Oregon Trail project. Mind you, I have years of construction experience. Sanded and stained them a beautiful walnut color after instructions showed this is pretty much a glue and nail project and should go together simple. Glued the sides to the base...all went smoothly. Then tried to install the back. That's when the wagon nightmare began. It didn't we took the sides off and wiped off the glue, maybe the sides are supposed to be glued on to the top of the base...Nope. so maybe a little cutting is needed.Cut the front and back pieces. Still not working. At this point I have 3 hours into a blasted tiny wooden replica covered wagon. I begin to emphasize with the wagon builders of yore. Pretty sure it took them less time to build a real one. Beginning to envision these tiny pieces of wood as kindling for the fireplace. My daughter is trying to helpfully tell me that really it isn't needed and the project is great without it. But it is now midnight and there is a wagon going to school one way or another. So I present "The tragic covered wagon wreck". Luckily everyone escaped the wreck unharmed.
