Inadequate Letter Variety; Poor Printing/Drilling
There should have been at least three of each letter, as I received 84 beads. Two letters--U and Z--were completely absent. The two most commonly used letters in the English language--E and S--should have occurred in abundance, but there were only two Es and 3 Ss. Several letters were sloppily printed, and several holes were drilled so that they were not smooth or round. Furthermore, the description here on your website is utterly inaccurate, claiming that the bag contains 14 oz. of beads when it actually contains 1.4 oz (note the fact that the metric weight is 40 grams). These beads are useless to me, as the surname I need to spell contains a Z. In fact, the three Qs cannot be used in the absence of even a single U.

Letters missing, faded print on some
Returned the first package, no letter B, 2nd package was missing letter T. Many letters had faded print. Will return, try another company.
