Thanks for all the stickers
Overall the frame itself is fine. However, the paper product insert is glued to the glass and there is a 'Made in China' sticker on the glass. This makes it extremely frustrating to get all the adhesive of the glass. In this day and age, you would think manufacturers would come up with a way to make easily removable labels. Especially for, you know, a picture frame.

Warped and Cracked
I ordered 3 of these frames and they were shipped in what I thought was adequate packing material. However when I unwrapped the bubble and plastic wrap I found that ALL 3 frames were cracked on at least 2 corners, such that black paint flecks were all over the plastic. I thought I would open a frame up and test fit a print so I could see the extent of damage from the front. Once I did so I realized that the swivel clips used to hold the back glass to the front are completely visible if your image is smaller than the 16x20 inch frame size. Additionally the frame insert used to add extra support for the black glass is warped on all 3 frames and so it too is visible from the front. It doesn't sit flush with the back of the frame.
If I hadn't taken off the plastic to view and test each frame I would return these in a heartbeat. I can't get over the damage and poor quality of the item. Zero stars would be more appropriate than 1.

I ordered 4 frames, 3 arrived broken -- all in the corners so it was hidden until I completely opened the package. Two had clearly been broken before and glued back together. I glued them back together again, but I don't recommend this unless you're willing to do some work and still not have them look perfect. Also, the edges of the glass are very sharp.

Great frame for the cost.
Great frame for the cost. I used the floating frames to display oddly sized posters and they worked great. You just need to handle the glass carefully as the edges are a little sharp.

Love this floating frame.
Love this floating frame. Sturdy, heavy, well built. Glass panels very solid. Was able to place 2 8x10" collage pictures in it and looks stunning.
