Never Received...
I purchased two of these via joann.com on 11/21. Two emails were sent to customer services, no reply to-date (12/13). I called the local store on 12/12 who gave me a number to call. After being on hold for 30+ minutes the rep informed me she would have to escalate and I *should* hear from someone in 3-5 business days. Poor customer services considering these are ~3 weeks late arriving. I am trying to cancel, doesn't seem to be an option (sent another email about this). These were to be gifts for Christmas, epic fail on this retailer. Bad experience all around.

My shadow box frame came broken. I was mad. I in boxes & sent photos of it. Today they refunded all but shipping. I'm ok with that.

I ordered this specifically because it says it can fit items up to 1.5". However, the product I received says it only fits items up to .75".

Cheap manufactured product
Ordered 5 frames, 4 of them came broken. Cheaply glued together. Had to return all of them to a local store.
