STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER 20 DAYS...
I purchased 2 of these patches on November 25th. It is now December 15th and my order still does not show it's been shipped. I tried calling to speak to someone to cancel my order. No one picked up after waiting on hold for 25 minutes....
I then tried emailing to get someones help. I got a response saying they can't cancel orders after they've been placed and they can't do anything to help me, except to give me a $5 credit... which I still have not received...
Overall, I'm very upset with how this is being handled. I shop at Joanns regularly and this is making me feel very negatively about the company as a whole.

What I wanted but Iron On doesn’t work
I don’t inherently trust iron on products to be long lasting, so I purchased this product because it was what I wanted and I intended to sew it in place anyway. However, I was hoping the iron on feature would hold them in place long enough for me to stitch them on (rather than use pins on a bulky item) but they didn’t. I followed instructions and the iron on didn’t even stick to one letter. So that was annoying. But it gave me the look I wanted on my project so I’m ok with it. Don’t buy it if you aren’t going to sew them on.

Could be better.
I bought these and the sunflower patches. And the sunflower patches were so great! But not these. It took a while for them to stay on after iron them on and when I got them ironed it they were a bit wrinkled.

Beautiful but Iron-on was temporay
Appearance was exactly as expected, but the iron-on component didn’t last through the first wash. Needed to be sewed on the fabric.

Troubleshooting or returning
My mother bought these iron on letters for a quilt she is currently working on. She has planned this for weeks and feels these raise embroidered letters are perfect for her theme. Only problem is they will not adhere to the cotton fabric as she followed the steps thoroughly.
I am wondering, does the paper like backing come off? She says no. But I don't see any shiney glue layer on the back. Any advice or information will be valued. They are well made and lovely. Just don't stick...
