Missing pegs, difficulty in exchanging item
I bought this as an online order and the store location in Shawnee, KS is where I did curbside pickup on my way to work. I verified with a quick peek I had the total number of items purchased but didn’t have time to look at each item with scrutiny. Started to pull things out of the bag for wrapping presents and when I pulled this item out of the bag, it is missing two pegs, has a crack along the top of one of the shelves, and one of the legs for the stand is loose (also no way to hang this up). I double checked the vehicle to make sure there wasn’t a way the pegs could be there. Went to the store to exchange the item, out of stock. Went to another location that shared they had 11 in their store and none to be found. No solutions for this issue and I don’t want to gift a brand new item just bought with it having missing pegs. I wasn’t prepared to go through so much trouble for a small item as a gift to my grandma. If it was missing pegs, take it off the order and tell me at pickup. That’s all that needed to be done, now I have an item I wouldn’t gift anyone and when showing the two different store associates at the two different locations, not much help was provided, especially at the Overland Park location.

Great for my intended use
So I am NOT a sewer, I actually sell jewelry and I bought thing to act as my Ring display, when I first saw the size I was disappointed I thought it would be so much bigger lol BUT it works fine for my intentions.

just as expected
i ordered three of these for my bobbins. i plan to hang them on the wall with my thread racks. they do stand up well on their own, but i like them on the wall and out of the way.

So cute but also functional
This is a very well made product. I know it says it is a bobbin holder but that is not what I bought it for. I often do hand sewing or quilting in the family room. I didn't like having my chosen spools of thread sitting on the side table where sometimes they would get knocked over or something. This is perfect for me to bring to my side table to hold the thread I am using for my project. I love it so much for this use that I bought one for my mother for Mother's Day.

Just so-so
I really loved the idea of this, because we have so many bobbins, and they're usually a mess, but it wasn't as helpful as I hoped it would be. The strings off the bobbin still get messy, and because they aren't actually contained, they end up getting pulled. Also, the stand doesn't actually stand that well. It helps to keep everything in the same area, but that's about it.

I was disappointed at the overall size. I have to use every other peg because they are too close together to use every one.
