How To Get It
Tackle all of your indoor and outdoor restoration projects with the 3M™ Sandblaster Pro Edge Detailing Sanding Sponge. The patterned side channels dust away from the sanding surface. And their flexibility allows you to sand detailed areas more efficiently. The sponges are best used on paint, wood, metal and drywall. They are also clog resistant for a longer sponge life. For the best results, sand with the grain of the surface and work through a sequence of grits, from coarse to very fine, skipping no more than 1 grit between each sanding step.

Defective...cannot use one side.
As you can see in the photo, I will not be able to use one side of this sanding sponge.

Very effective and useful
I use these sanding sponges for the final sanding before I apply a finish. I also use them to gently round over edges. They are very easy and comfortable to hold. They last about as long as regular sandpaper, maybe a bit longer. When they load up I clean them by throwing them on my workbench or vacuuming with a shop vac. Overall I find them very effective and easy to use.

Great sanding
Absolutely fabulous sanding block the grit doesn’t seem to breakdown like with sand paper sands perfectly flat and is great for sanding contours as well two thumbs up.

Short life span
For a relatively expensive item the first sponge I used - coarse on a slightly curved piece of driftwood - deteriorated to useless in less than 10 minutes. So during if I ha e missed something I have looked for instructions to no avail. I will return the sponges I haven't used yet.
