SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1 3/4yds fur
- 1 3/4yds plush fleece
- Fabric marker
- Yarn needled (optional)
- Matching thread
- Basic sewing supplies
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut fur 42"x 62".
- Cut plush fleece 40"x 60".
- Use fabric marker to mark 1" in on WS of fur on all four sides.
- Lay fur WS up on flat surface and lay fleece RS up on top of fur with the edges on the marked lines.
- Pin or baste fleece to fur.
- Turn fur 1" over top of fleece along drawn line.
- Edge-stitch fur all around blanket.
- If desired, pull out fur from under stitching using a yarn needle.

Corners
I have made a blanket like this before. Dana from Made Everyday has a great tutorial on a "self binding blanket" on youtube. I would highly suggest watching that to understand how to do the corners of this blanket, as it is not explained at all in the tutorial.
