Unhappy with the shipment
I was expecting two whole bolts of fabric. I received one cut of 8 yards, two cuts of 4 yards.

Great print for a tropical beach bag
I used this for the lining and handles of a beach bag with a tropical floral print. Looked great together. Easy to work with.

Description misleading
I placed the order online & picked up. I was misled by the word “linen” in the description. This is not a linen material. Not sure what I will do with it now. It’s nice but I have no use for it.

Home Essentials Lightweight Rio/Linen
This fabric color and pattern went perfectly with the red valances I made. I ordered online and picked it up at my local Joann's. Got it home. The pattern is printed/stamped crooked. For some projects that might not be a big deal. I was planning to make Roman shades. Would have looked off kilter. Returned the fabric. Very disappointed. The fabric itself is a nice weight and would do well for shades, drapes, etc. so with that in mind, I would recommend the fabric but with caution.

Great Florida Window Valances
Bought this fabric to do window valances for a friend's rental home in Florida. She has recently painted and the valances needed to be redone both to match the new wall color and because the old ones look worn and out of date. The print is neutral enough to use in 3 rooms with similar paint schemes, not to mention that the linen look print just says Florida and beaches! I believe it is also neutral enough to last through some future style updates as well. I was also able to get most of the fabric I needed at one time and with a great discount considering the amount of yardage the job required.
These valances were wood with foam/batting covered by stapled fabric. The fabric was heavy enough to stand up to pulling and stapling and to cover the medium tone fabric underneath. I was able to cut the fabric in half lengthwise and get two valances out of each length where I had same size valances. *Note: Although the online description says dry clean only, the bolt I have has machine washing instructions on it.
