Good project, bad time estimate
I made two of these blankets for Christmas gifts. The time estimate is off. I spent 45 minutes squaring up the edges. The fabrics had been cut at an angle and, though I bought the same amount of from and backing fabrics, I had 5 inches more of one.
Pinning every together took a lot of time too. This project took 4 hours- I sewed slowly so I had straight lines and didn’t need to fix anything afterward.
