This frosted ruler measures 6.5 x 18.5 inches and includes a diamond powder edge that maintains the sharpness of your rotary blade as it spins. The frosted finish of the ruler prevents sliding and makes it light enough to see your fabric through. It is designed with a unique red grid system that highlights the 0.5-inch markings and large number markings for easy visibility. The light marking of 0.12-inch does not distract when using the most common 0.25 markings.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase I purchased this by mistake. I didn't realize it did what it did-sharpens your blade as you cut the fabric. What a wonderful mistake it was! At first I wondered why it made a noise while I cut then I realized that it had a fine diamond edge sharpening side to it. I was hooked instantly. I had to show my husband. I can't say enough good things about this brand. My only problem now is the fact that I want them all.

I did have a bit of a learning curve but was directed to the Sullivans site to view the video on how to use it correctly. I am now saving at least $25 per month. This is so worth the money.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ruins Blades? I've ruined at least 2 blades with this ruler. There must be some trick I don't get. Emailed the manufacturer, no response. I like the concept, and when it works, it works well, but blades are expensive, and I am nervous about using it and ruining more blades.
