Only order if you have time to wait.
The fabric is really great and very durable. Only place an order if you don't need the fabric right away for a project. I placed my order on Dec 26th and received it on January 20th. I ordered 10 yards of fabric, and only 6 yards were delivered, and they canceled the rest of the order. They didn't even attempt to ship out the remaining 4 yards of fabric. It was shipped in 4 yard and 2 yard cuts, not continuous. You would be better off looking on Etsy for fabric and will receive just as great quality and shipped within 4 days of ordering.

Dont order anything online
My mom wanted 5 yds of this as part of her christmas, shes 79. I placed an order online for 5yds, as the site said they were out of stock at my store and other stores closeby. Placed my order on the 11th. Checked my order on the 18th and its still processing. Tried to call customer service and theyve turned the phones off so you either have to text or send an email. I did both and after maybe 4 days, got a response......well we are just so backed up, give us time, is pretty much what the response was. You arent even able to make a response to the text, its all automated i think. Had to send a whole different one to ask my question, and got an email the next day saying my order was delayed. Today is the 22nd.. hours away from the 23rd and my order that was placed on the 11th, is still being processed!! I dont care when it gets here now because magically and mysteriously, the store had some in stock all of a sudden, so i bought my 5yds from there so my mom would have it. What gets me is the total lack of customer service and logistics. I could understand if it was being shipped from overseas, or if it was a high demand item.... but its not. You cant even talk to a real person because they dont want to be bothered. When i do finally get my order, which looks to be the middle of January 2024, it will be taken to the store for a refund and i wont be ordering anything else from them.

Very thick, sturdy felt
Someone recommended to me that I use the premium felt from Joann Fabrics for my witches hat. I’m glad I did as it turned out really nice!

Great thick premium felt for crafts
This premeium felt is about 2 mm in thickness and great for all kinds of crafts. I have purchased this all of the colors for various projects when it goes on sale. Pleased with the overall quality of this felt.
