It's basically a mixture of slime and that sand stuff kids can mold with. It's also scented so some kids may try to taste it. I think the fact that it's scented adds to the lure of playing with it. The set comes with individual bags for storage so it doesn't dry out. Also has some molds to make different shapes. Or kids can be creative and make their own stuff with it. I definitely think it's a good boredom buster.

Our kids love the scented stretchy gloopy sand. Great for when it's too hot to send the kids to play in the sandbox outside, this is a great indoor activity our kids can play on the table.

Came with molds of her favorite characters., super easy to mix up and make the goop, or slime., has some super fun colors like blue and lime green and they are scented. Which she loved. It definitely kept her busy for a while. And I like that it's not toxic! Heck, I could sit there and play with it myself and be satisfied!

You can stretch and mix it up and it will still work great. Interesting enough, it isn’t as messy as i thought it would be. Everything seems to stay in its own area. When combing through the sand, you get a trippy feeling because you assume it’s hard and will fall apart- well none of those concerns populate. It feels really cool and fun when combing through it. I recommend if your kids love playing with sand
