ordered 50 and 20 of them came broken
one would assume a company reads these ratings or even pays attention to the amount of refunds given, your shipping thin glass in a cardboard box with some paper padding. maybe it's time to get better packing? if your crunched for time order double what you need as half of them will come broken.

Horrible Packaging
Ordered 5 glass vases for an event and all but 1 were broken! How do you ship glass vases in only a cardboard box? Horrible packaging. Makes no sense!

They came poorly packaged. One was broken, and removed my the postal service. Waiting for a refund. The ones delivered for the price were good.
