SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Sweatshirt
- 1/2 yd Cotton fabric
- Water soluble stabilizer
- Sewing machine with satin stitch presser foot
- Basic sewing supplies
- Thread
- Air Force template
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut letters out of cotton fabric using template.
- Arrange letters on front of sweatshirt, with stabilizer between sweatshirt and wrong-side of fabric letters.
- Hand baste letters to front of sweatshirt using a large hand stitch.
- Using a satin stitch (short, wide zigzag) applique all letters onto front of sweatshirt. Test applique stitch on a separate piece of fabric before sewing on garment.
- Tear away excess stabilizer and steam iron well.

No Pattern As Stated
URL message that it is a broken link. Easy enough to make the letters myself, but figured if there was a pattern provided (as stated) the pattern would include the letters for each branch of the military.
