Arrived damaged
I would give a 5 star rating if the vellum had arrived in usable condition as it's really lovely with gold edges to the butterfly wings. As it was the item was shoved into a baggie with a ball of yarn and was completely crushed by the time I received it.
Wouldn't it be great if someone from Joann read reviews and decided to ensure that the packing department followed some basic common sense?
