Disappointing
I do stained glass as a hobby, and bought this kit mostly for the pre-cut glass (my least favorite part of the process). While I really only purchased this for the glass, after opening the box I felt I needed to write a review in case someone was to buy this hoping to begin the hobby. First, not all components listed are included. My “kit” did not include the jump rings and chain to hang the piece. Second, the tallow flux is unwrapped and open in the box. Tallow is not something I would recommend using. Though safer, it does not produce good results in my experience. The solder quality is also poor. Third, I ordered this product online and it arrived with a clearance sticker priced lower than what I paid. Lastly, many very important components to stained glass work are not included in the “kit”. If a beginner was to come across this product, they would be incredibly disappointed to find in the instruction pamphlet that so many additional materials are needed and were not mentioned in the product listing or on the box. As I said in the beginning, this kit is only worth the glass (which takes some work to fit together). I would only recommend it for that purpose and to use your own materials for soldering.

Horrible solder
The solder in this kit is completely unusable. I bought a roll separately which worked great. This kit sucks.

Welcome to frustration
Stained glass artist of over 10 years. Those inner curves that are impossible to cut without a saw are impossible to foil without the foil ripping. It also creates a stress point and is guarantee to crack over time. Save yourself the heartache and pick a different pattern. Yikes!
