DIRECTIONS:
For all cards:- Fold brown cardstock in half. Punch a 3 1/2" (or similar) circle from folded paper, keeping a small amount of the fold unpunched to create the card base.
- Layer black circles on white to create the eyes.
Bear Card
- Layer a bright pink circle on a tan circle to create the snout. Use a black pen to draw the mouth.
- Layer a pink and a brown circle to create the ears. Attach to the back of the card.
Pig Card
- Layer two small circles on a larger pink circle to create the snout.
- For the ears, punch a pink circle. Slide one half of the circle back into the punch and and punch it again to create a leaf or petal shape. Do the same with a smaller circle and layer them together. Adhere to the back of the card.
Bird Card
- Cut a triangle from orange cardstock to create a beak. Adhere it under the eyes.
- Punch a 1" circle from blue cardstock and cut it to create tufts. Adhere to the back of the card at the top.
- For wings, punch a light blue circle. Slide one half of the circle back into the punch and and punch it again to create a leaf or petal shape. Adhere to the back of the card.
Mouse Card
- Layer pink circles on top of gray circles to create ears. Adhere to the back of the card.
- Cut three thin strips of white cardstock to create whiskers. Cross them over each other and adhere to the bottom front of the card.
- Punch a pink circle for the nose and glue to the center of the whiskers.
Monster Card
- Punch purple circle for the nose and adhere it overlapping the eyes.
- Punch a small black circle and trim off two sides with scissors to create eyebrows.
- Punch a larger black circle and cut it in half to create the mouth. Cut teeth from white cardstock and adhere them inside.
- Cut spiky hair from darker purple cardstock and adhere to the back of the card.
- Punch two green circles and adhere them to the back of the card to create ears.
Craft Hack Tips and Tricks:
- Circle punches are super helpful, but you can trace or hand-cut the shapes as well. You could also try using googly eyes instead of cardstock.
