Removable slots
I had been searching for a storage box that could hold all of my sewing essentials for weeks. Most of the ones I saw were either too big or too small. I finally came across this one and it was just right. It has plenty of compartments and it's see through which matches anywhere I put it. I love the removable dividers, thanks to that my scissors fit too. It also has a place to put spools (I put my bobbins there as well). I used a 60% off coupon for this purchase. I'm very happy with my sewing organizer.

Disappointing
I bought this item a couple months ago to organize my sewing supplies. It was disappointing in a number of dimensions, for example the picture shows it will hold sewing scissors but my standard scissors are too big for the compartment. The thread compartment does not allow for different sizes of spools, with wasted space and problems fitting spools in in some areas and a lot of extra space in others - it is difficult to see what is there without pulling up the spools and looking at them individually. Lastly the latching system does not really work. I wish this were a better unit, I am using it now but it clearly will not suit my long term needs.

Perfect for small sewing items and threads

Holds a ton of supplies
A bit pricey - would not have purchased without a coupon - but holds a ton of supplies securely. I love that I can stand it on its end next to my sewing machine, and my thread spools will stay put.

Can't recommend
I've owned this product for over a year. Storage is great, but the latches are not up to Art Bin quality. They broke immediately seperated from the lid. Now I have to use straps to keep it closed. For that reason, I would not recommend this product.

Perfect for me
I'm a new sewer but I had collected lots of thread spools over the years which i kept in a platic bag - what a mess! This bin has a removable plastic insert to store the spools on their ends - and if the spool is short there is room to store the coordinating bobbin on top of it and still close the lid. There's room for my scissors, rotary cutter, pins, needles, presser feet, and more!! There are removable inserts so you can customize the size of the compartments and its great its clear so you can see the contents without having to open it. I'm going to get another one as my collection of sewing accessories grows.

Great Storage for Cricut Cartridges
I use this to store my cricut cartidges. I just lifted it out the the thread-holder & was able to use all of the space. The
cartridges fit perfectly in the front rows (will hold more than 40), and the overlays are an
exact fit standing on their long end where the thread holder used to be (I store them upside down so I can see the wording at the bottom). I went online and downloaded all of the cart features for each one I own and then printed them on
individual 4x6 photo paper. Then I punched them at the corner and clipped them on a binding ring & store them next to the overlays. No need to keep all those bulky boxes. Has a little handle so it carries easily to crops.

Absolutely Great!!!
I bought this as a gift for my mom (who gets stuck doing all the mending for the entire family)! I had to go out and buy one for myself too. It holds a lot and has a handle and great latch for easy and safe storage. Easy to see all you have!

I have been searching for something to store all my quilting notions in at home. I needed something that the Cats couldn't open. It's perfect. I wish I saw this years ago, my crafting table would of been so much more organized. Recommend it to all. I'm looking at smaller ones to take to quilting class.

I love to be able to find what I need quickly and effeciently. This bin does just that. I can now find my thread without searching through dozens of boxes. Plus it keeps it clean and orderly so I don't have to throw thread out due to unruly messes.
