Consistently good quality
I have used this for many years and was glad to find some at a reasonable price. This is a good quality hard twist thread that can be used for anything from ornaments and doilies up to bedspreads. I have always been happy with the consistent good quality of this product.

Disappointed
I have used this thread for a long time and have never had this much trouble. It is stiff in sections making it hard to work with and a lot of knots and tangles. I feel like I am spending more time untangling than I am crocheting. Just an extremely disappointing experience.

20+ days and I still don’t have it!
I’d love to write a review on the product, but after waiting 22 days since I place my order, there is still no sign of a package. So much for the birthday gift I thought I had plenty of time to make... I don’t think much of my FIRST EXPERIENCE shopping at Joann on line.

My Mother was a crocheter since her grandma taught her, and my mom taught me when I was a teenager in the sixties. Mom used Aunt Lydia's crochet thread, and do to. I have many very old patterns from Aunt Lydia's, that my mom used. And I love all #10 thread that's all I use.

The 12 Jumbo Crotchet threads were delivered, on time and in good shape. When I had a question? I asked, promptly received feedback. That resolved or answered my Question. Happy with the products and the service provided. I understand the Covid-19 impacts on a company, having to deliver multiple shipments to complete a single order. However a little over a month, was not bad! For an Order of 12 Jumbo rolls. Kudo's also to my local JOANNS, located at 2088 Gallatin Pike North in Madison, TN. Very Helpful and Professional Manager.
